DESCRIPTION

ATECH LEP306 is a bisphenol A epoxy resin with high purity and low viscosity. Compared with general bisphenol A epoxy resin, ATECH LEP306 has the advantages of low viscosity, high purity, high epoxy value, low volatile matter, low halogen content and good storage stability.

APPLICATIONS

-High purity epoxy VPI click insulating impregnating varnish

-Low viscosity resin for aerospace composites

-Low halogen electronic adhesive, semiconductor packaging material body

-Curing and toughening properties are similar to those of ordinary bisphenol A epoxy resin
